Another Preview

Here is another preview of the yummy creations we are going to make with tofu at Saturday January 20th's cooking class. This tofu pudding is kid-proof and husband proof. Even the most paranoid tofu-phobes will be fooled. This is a great snack that packs a lot of punch with its protein and satisfies the sweet tooth at the same time. I only have a couple of spaces left so register asap to avoid disappointment.

MMMMMMMMM. I love chocolate pudding. I like to eat it before dinner to make sure there is plenty of room for it. This image will be in my mind all day!

That looks so yummy! You will have to give me the recipe as I cannot make it to the cooking class. I am sure it will be full in no time!

Seems like chocolate pudding hits the top of the list for comfort food for many of you!

I think sleek has the right idea eating her pudding before dinner to make sure she has room for it.

melissa- I wish I could take credit for the raspberries, this photo is actually my friend, Nancy's. It is her pudding and her staging. Don't you think Nancy should have her own food blog!?!

caty - the cooking class is loads of fun. There are only a couple of spaces left (and they are even tentatively filled). I wish you could come too.

Hey Jewell, Well I guess I will see what I can do for my baby sister!

What a great idea to host a cooking class! Very inspiring. Hopefully I'll get to do something similar to that one day here in Syracuse.
