Polling my American Vegetarian Friends
I have a lifestyle coaching client who is going to be travelling through the U.S. over the next couple of weeks. She is looking for some good vegetarian restaurants to try. I told her I would take a poll of the people that visit my blog to see if there are any "don't miss" places while she is on her travels. She will be travelling to:
Cleveland, Ohio
Cincinnatti, Ohio
Covington, Kentucky
Lexington, Kentucky
Louisville, Kentucky

These aren't necessarily restaurants, but there are public markets in both of those cities that have huge produce sections.
Cleveland has the West Side Market (http://www.westsidemarket.com/), and Cincinnati has the Findlay Market (http://www.findlaymarket.org/), and my favorite place in the world, Jungle Jim's (http://www.junglejims.com/), which has an international produce section whose size rivals the entire produce section of most supermarkets. The WSM and FM are only open on certain days, so she'll want to check those hours out beforehand, but Jungle Jim's has normal grocery store hours.
