Happy Easter Part II
I just had to share these adorable cupcakes that I made for Easter. Really, does it get any cuter than this? Little bird's nests with mini eggs in the center. I also made mini cupcakes with just one mini egg in the nest.
Too much cuteness, and everybody knows that cute food is good for your health.

What a great idea! (I may steal it next year - of course, I will give you credit). I looove those Cadbury mini eggs! So does a girl I work with. We snacked on far too many in the weeks leading up to Easter.
Your pie in the previous post looks wonderful! Lemon meringue pie is one of my top 3 favorite pies. I've used the Shirriff mix before, but it is not even close to making one from scratch. It is worth every bite!
