These are the pumpkin seed crusted lentil patties from Dreena Burton's Vive le Vegan. I grilled these babies up on my George Forman grill. I almost gave that grill away when I went vegetarian a number of years ago, but I'm glad I didn't. They are great for grilling veggie burgers, which have a tendency to fall apart and not hold together as well as meat burgers. I love that these patties are coated with ground pumpkin seeds. It gives the patties really nice crispy coating and a good boost of iron for those vegetarians concerned about getting enough iron in their diets.
