I love cupcakes!
This weekend we had a family get together so I volunteered to bring cupcakes. Pictured here are lemon gem cupcakes from Vegn with a Vengance iced with lemon buttercream icing adapted from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. Also from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World and pictured here are the Chai Latté cupcakes. Now, these were a hard sell next to the ones frosted with lemon buttercream icing... however, I think on their own they would have been very much appreciated. They were a delightful little tea cake.

The more I read about all these lovely cupcakes everyone makes, the more I need to buy Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The world. Next month when I get my salary! They sound lovely, and it's such a nice picture :)

Those cupcakes look so pretty. I haven't tried the Chai Latte cupcakes yet but I'm going to have add them to my to-make list. They sound delightful.
