Absolutely gorgeous! There isn't any time to make now but next year I definately want to make a gingerbread house, we haven't had one since I was about 5.
Have a very Happy Christmas!

I love gingerbread houses, even though I have never made one myself. That is lovely and I hope you have had a delightful holiday. Feel better!

Melissa, being sick at Christmastime is the pits. I hope you were able to enjoy it a bit anyway. The gingerbread house is fantastic! I've never attempted one and am in awe of anyone that does make them.
All the best for the New Year!

Thanks caty, making the gingerbread house was a lot of fun. Using fondant icing makes it stick like cement. We will definitely make another next year.
Hi nancy, feeling MUCH better now. Finished my antibiotics yesterday. Hope you had a good Christmas. Did you get the cupcake book?
Hi laura, I don't think you would find making a gingerbread house difficult at all, we should all make one next year!
Hi carrie, thanks for stopping by. I felt much better my Christmas, I still enjoyed it. Really, all you need for a gingerbread house is gingerbread, fondant icing and lots of candy. It is a lot of fun.
Merry Christmas everybody!
