    I wanted to comment on your earlier post regarding your cheese eating. Did you know that cheese is the most addictive food? More than chocolate or sugar. So don't beat yourself up over it, cheese is a hard habit to break!

    Vicki - I gotta look for broccoli sprouts too! I am pretty sure they are different than regular broccoli - they are sprouts that come in those small clear plastic square packages.

    Judy thanks for the support on the cheese - it has been really helpful to learn how addictive it actually is. I gave up chocolate with way less trouble than this! Sugar will have to be up next... maybe....
