What do I do with....


chinese cabbage? I sort of thought I would put it in stir fries, but it really doesn't seem as hearty as the chinese cabbage you buy at the grocery store like bok choy. I planted it as an experiment and it went wild. What do I do with it now?

    hmmm...that's not what I would have expected to grow under that name either. Is it good raw in a salad or on sandwiches?

    I'm not sure either but i'll bet it's chock full of health benefits...
